Terms of Service

4.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your information current and updated
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old (Korea) or 16 years old (EU/EEA) to use our Services. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4.3 Registration Refusal

We may refuse registration or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Providing false or incomplete information
• Prior account termination for Terms violations
• Operating multiple accounts without authorization
• Impersonating another person or entity

6.1 Rights

• Access and use all service features available under your plan
• Access, correct, and delete your personal information via account settings (/dashboard/settings)
• Retain ownership of Content you submit, granting WorldClone Lab a non-exclusive license to display, process, and store it solely to provide the Services
• Request data export in a structured format
• Withdraw from the Services at any time

6.2 Obligations

• Comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and community guidelines
• Keep account credentials secure and not share them with third parties
• Not input real personal data of third parties without proper legal basis
• Label and handle synthetic data responsibly and transparently
• Report any security vulnerabilities or Terms violations you discover

8.1 WorldClone Lab's IP

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by WorldClone Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services subject to these Terms.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit to our Services. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, display, and store your Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

8.3 Synthetic Data

Synthetic personas and simulation results generated through our Services remain your property, subject to these Terms. You agree to label synthetic data appropriately and never misrepresent it as real user data.

9.1 Fees

Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated.

9.2 Billing

For subscription plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

9.3 Price Changes

We may change our fees with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new fees. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new fees take effect.

11.1 "As Is" Provision

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 Accuracy of Synthetic Data

We do not guarantee that synthetic personas or simulation results will accurately predict real-world outcomes. AI-generated results should be used as one input among many in decision-making processes.

11.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings (/dashboard/settings) or by contacting us at worldclonelab@gmail.com. A 30-day grace period applies before permanent deletion.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms or prohibited conduct
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity (with prior notice)
• Any other reason with at least 30 days' advance notice

14.3 Emergency Suspension

In cases of severe Terms violations, illegal activity, or threats to user safety, we may suspend access immediately without prior notice. We will inform you of the reason as soon as practicable.

14.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For users outside Korea, mandatory local consumer protection laws may also apply to the extent they cannot be waived.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

15.3 Internal Appeals

If you disagree with a moderation or account action, you may submit an appeal within 7 days of receiving notice by contacting worldclonelab@gmail.com. We will review and respond within 14 business days.

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WorldClone Lab regarding the Services.

17.2 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

17.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account or through prominent display on the Services. You consent to receive communications electronically.
